Class Description
Heather Lang’s classes are an extension of her creative process and values. It’s about playing, experimenting and what she refers to as a “down to clown groovey exploratorium”. She leads a warm-up inspired by PT, body conditioning, house, Zumba, jazz, and modern. She incorporates improv/dance composition tasks and teaches a phrase that pulls from many styles. She is collaborative and creates an environment for artist to take risks. Heather believes in the community, the healing, the embodiment, and the ever-knowing power of dance.
